Court prolongs arrest of Magomedov brothers until Jun 30
MOSCOW, Mar 26 (PRIME) -- The Moscow City Court has prolonged arrest of multi-industry holding Summa Group’s co-owner Ziyavudin Magomedov and his brother Magomed accused of fraud and creation of an organized crime group until June 30, a spokesperson for the court told PRIME on Tuesday.
The court also extended arrest of Artur Maksidov, CEO of Summa’s construction subsidiary Inteks.
In March 2018, the Tverskoi District Court of Moscow sanctioned arrest of brothers Ziyavudin and Magomed Magomedov on charges of a 2.5 billion ruble embezzlement and also arrested Maksidov on charges of 669 million ruble embezzlement.
